A couple of months ago Ben and I were looking at holiday options for early 2012. We started research into Florida as Ben is a keen fisherman and had a contact in The Keys. It then occurred to me, perhaps I could combine this with a little Jose Villa teaching?! I emailed him asking if there were any courses he might be running Jan/Feb time to which he said sadly no, but there were two places left on his Mexico workshop, November 2011? Hmmmm… I told him I would have to wait until my husband came home from work for us to consider it together. Two hours later (and with much excitable encouragement from Ben over the phone) I had booked myself on the course and was buzzing with excitement.

All of a sudden the time is now and I’m leaving tomorrow for a week of intensive learning with one of my all time favourite photographers, I cannot wait! I’ll be back week commencing 21st November, adiós …
