I've come to believe that a photograph should be tangible and beautifully presented. Although we love the photographs of our childhood or wedding pictures of our parents and grandparents, we are not printing as many real photographs as we used to. More often than not photographs are kept as digital files in a dormant state on hard drives or discs, both of which have limited lifespans. So this begs the question: will our images and memories endure in the years to come?
Wedding and Love Shoot commissions both include a beautiful hand-crafted box of proofs. It is such a joy to be "hands-on" again with real photographs that can be passed around, lingered over, framed, given as gifts and treasured as heirlooms. I'm excited to be providing something for my clients that will be treasured and shared for years to come.
